Mayor of Wien (Vienna) Michael Ludwig officially launched the ‘Impfbim’ (‘vaccination tram’) service on 1 October, offering free flu vaccinations for city residents in a two-month long initiative.

Siemens ULF 770 has been converted to offer up to 3000 vaccinations per day for those registering for an appointment between 10.00 and 18.00 at busy stops such as Karlplatz, Schwedenplatz, Belvedere, Kennedybrücke, Westbahnhof and Schottenting.
